Practicing Mindfulness and Bring Sanity in Life

When was the last time you had a full content sleep? Do you recall the time when you actually lived in the moment, rather than clicking dozens of pictures to post on social sites. Our life is divided in framing to fit in the technological world or living a faced that is far different and real than we are.

When a moment in life comes and is too precious, cherish and live the moment, feel your expression, count your blessings. But instead, we want to show what we are doing, how are we doing. There are certain things that cannot be expressed, like feelings. It is better to feel and live and keep it as a treasure.

Mindfulness is a process of bringing one`s attention to experience the occurrence in the present moment. You are fully dedicated to spend your emotions I living the current moment than judgement. Mindfulness is a technique that cannot be easily redeemed, certainly.

One can practice mindfulness by meditation or nay other training. It is a process that will demand your time and patience. Living in a hustle and jam life, sitting and focusing one thing will defiantly take time to adjust.

Life is unpredictable so do we are. We lack in controlling our emotions or feelings and rather jump to the conclusion. We assume the worst of everything and brittle with people who criticize or point us for our mistakes. Clearly, there is a lot to change. One cannot live a life without knowing the real you.

Mindfulness will not make you actively present at the moment or increase the concentration of yours. But it will reduce stress or anxiety. The nervousness you feel and the uneasy feeling. It will calm you down a bit.

You become freer, lively. The feeling of liberation embraces as you are free from the clutches of insecurity, negative thought. The confidence radiates form you. You also don’t let things get to. You have learnt the ability to let go and accept optimistic things.

Mindfulness transforms you into a better person. You look forward to new challenges and daring’s. New risks don’t scare you and you become more responsible. Mindfulness mediation asks us to leash out our curiosity and try out new things that could make us learn new things.

Mindfulness takes an edge in making us aware of our feeling form time-to-time and observes our thoughts. It helps us to control and improve for the best. It refreshes our mind for the better and refurnishes our thoughts for better.
