We are exhausted, driven by unwanted needs of society. The moment our eyes open in the morning; we are distracted by different notions. From checking up notifications, high-pitch sounds, traffic pollutions it never stops buzzing. The human mind can`t adjust its concentration on a particular thing. It is constantly drifting from one thing to another. With so much of overthinking, we tend to forget to live for the present, for the moment.
Yes, work and responsibilities are important but not as much as mental health. It is as if everyone is in a marathon, in a hurry. Your mind can’t handle such pressure and eventually, we all feel lost despair and frustrated. We forget to live in the present rather than worry about the mistakes we committed or what will be happening later? It is important to make time for one self and prioritize.
Practicing Mindfulness can be a tough job but it is possible if you are dedicated to it. As our mind is constantly thinking, forgetting to live out a little and in the present. Studies have shown that mindfulness is a psychological process of bringing one`s attention to the experience occurring in the present without judgement.
We judge on every occasion, whether someone is crying, shouting. We tend to make opinions of our own. We have never had a sanity mind of calmness and mild. Stress less, be open, let go of the negative vibes, live in the present and don’t react to situations.
Practicing mindfulness is a type of meditation to make ourselves aware of the present sense.
